Custom and personalised orders
Yes I can accept custom orders if you are after a certain colour way however I can't make custom shapes. Please be aware the time it takes me to hand make custom orders will be longer. Expect to allow up to 2 weeks for the creation of your custom piece.
Care instructions
Care instructions
You can clean your piece with a baby wipe or a slightly damp cloth. Allow the pieces to dry completely before storing or wearing.
I recommend storing your pieces flat in a jewellery box or on a hanging earring storage solution such as a Bon Maxie earring hanger. Take care when hanging your pieces.
Please do not wear your jewellery pieces in water (swimming or bathing) It is absolutely fine for them to get a little bit wet however being exposed to water for a long time is not ideal as the material is porous and the glue holding the findings on may delaminate from the cement. You may notice the colour of your piece deepen when wet. This is fine, It will go back to normal once dry.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes! I love gift wrapping pieces you purchase as gifts. If you would like your items beautifully wrapped please purchase the gift wrapping listing along with the item. If you would like a handwritten note included please leave the details in the message section at the checkout.
Wholesale availability
I do take wholesale orders for retail stores and online retail. The turnaround time for wholesale orders can vary. Please contact me using the messaging function with details about your store including location and any links to social media.
If you are scouting pieces for Christmas stock please contact me to place your order by Mid September as things can get really busy leading up to the festive season.

Due to COVID19 the shipping times can vary and you should be aware of delays. Shipping times are completely out of my control. Our shipping carriers are doing their best to get parcels where they need to go in these difficult times. Please be patient. If you have concerns about the whereabouts of your parcel please contact me.
Delivery Info
Items sent within Australia are sent via normal Australia Parcel Post. There is no insurance or signature on delivery on normal parcel post but if you would like to add it you can purchase the upgrade for a few extra dollars.
Missing parcels are unfortunately not replaced if you do not purchase a shipping upgrade. Shipping upgrades are available to purchase in the Shipping tab in the shop.
Shipping prices consist of postage handling and packaging.
International packages are only sent tracked. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks at the moment due to COVID19 shipping delays.
